She pursues new and innovative projects, that will work for library staff and users, centered on the power of information to change people's lives and communities. Her passionate commitment to connecting people with libraries and equalizing access to information has led her to manage many other projects involving early literacy, teen and adult learners, and new immigrants.
Ginny pioneered the very successful 'Homework Center Project' in St. Paul, which has served more than 80,000 student visits. This is a testament to her dedication to helping people achieve their academic and life goals through innovative uses of information science resources and public access.
